WHAT'S YOUR SECRET SAUCE


  1. I think I am different because:
    1. I am hard working and dedicated. When I put my mind on something, I have will do it.
    2. I try my best to be the most honest I can be. I think honestly is the most important characteristic someone can have, so I feel like I always try to be that way. 
    3. I am open minded. I love learning about new cultures. Right now I am studying abroad in Madrid, Spain and whenever I travel, I try my best to learn about the new place I am going to.
    4. I am organized. I always have my week organized and I do a to do list in the beginning of every week to prioritize different things. 
    5.  I am easy going. I try to get along with everyone and be caring about them. I think about others before myself and try to make them comfortable and happy. 
  2. Interviews:

    5. Cousin: Ale
  3. My interviewees and I agreed with each other. They all had one thing in common and said that I am hard working. I means a lot that they said that about me because I always give my all to all I do and the fact that others notice, means it shows.

    Hi Cristina! Like you, I think I am a very hardworking and dedicated person. I am willing to do anything to get the job done. I am also very organized and plan my week. It is nice to see everything I have to do laid out in my planner. I am also as honest I can be. Sometimes this can get me in trouble as well.

    Hey Cristina! I think it is great that you are having the chance to introspect on who you are and your characteristics. I can relate because I am also organized, honest, and hard working. I think the point of this activity is to compare and contrast how you view yourself versus how others view you. After interviewing your five people, it is a great sign that all could come to an agreement that you are a hard worker. Great post!

    Cristina, after reading your "secret sauce" post, I am inclined to agree with you about a lot of what you said. Your first five points about yourself were relatable and I think we share some of the same traits. I also had a similar experience when interviewing the people closest to me, they, for the most part, said the expected except for a few curveballs.

    Hi Cristina, it was nice to see how you are as a person. It is really cool that you are studying abroad right now in Madrid. I can relate to you because we share some of the same characteristics. I admire how you always give your all for anything you do because that is a great quality.
